Members receive priority scheduling and same-day or next-day appointments when appropriate.

Your physician is connected to an integrated network of providers, specialists, hospitals, and services, helping ensure seamless, coordinated care. The annual membership fee is $2,400. Membership fees cover enhanced services and program benefits and are separate from insurance-covered medical services. Your insurance company will be billed for covered primary care services, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist care, and other services covered under your health plan.
