Matthew Reuter, MD, is a physiatrist with Brown University Health Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a Brown Health Medical Group practice. Dr. Reuter earned his doctor of medicine degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine, where he also served as a research assistant in the department of orthopaedic surgery. He completed a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and an internship at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. Prior to joining Newport Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dr. Reuter was an ambulatory physiatrist with Hartford Healthcare.

Dr. Reuter is a diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
