Caring Conversations: Advanced Care Planning

Please join us! From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 4, The Miriam Hospital Patient Family Advisory Council will be hosting a Caring Conversation session centered on advanced care planning. Discussions will include having conversations related to wishes, living wills, power of attorney, etc.
