Conferencia Temas Familiares

Conferencia Temas Familiares is a free, annual, virtual event presented entirely in Spanish, designed to support parents, caregivers, educators, and social workers in the Latine community.

Hosted by the Brown University Health Community Health Institute and Bradley Hospital, the conference offers up‑to‑date guidance from medical and behavioral health experts on the challenges facing children, adolescents, and the adults who care for them. This year’s event will be held online on Thursday, May 21 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and features keynote speaker Von Marie Rodríguez‑Guzman, a staff psychologist with Brown Health’s Clínica Latina, who will explore resiliency, mental health, and emotional regulation.
