Our MyChart Patient Portal Customer Service team is available to answer your questions or assist with any issues you experience with the new portal.
Morton Hospital, Saint Anne's Hospital, Brown Health Medical Group of Massachusetts, and Hawthorn Medical Associates will be transitioning to the MyChart patient portal on August 24, 2025
On August 24, we will switch to Brown University Health's electronic health record (EHR) and patient portal, MyChart.

There are some important changes we’d like you to be aware of relating to your current and future patient portal due to this transition. Please read below for key dates of when these changes will take place.
You will have read-only functionality on the current portal (Revere Connect).
Messaging and all other functions will be permanently turned off in the current patient portal to allow for the transition to the new MyChart portal. From August 15 through August 24, please call your provider's office directly for any questions or concerns. If you need a prescription refill during this time, please contact your provider's office or your pharmacy directly. We appreciate your understanding during this process, as there may be a delay with requests such as prescription refills.
Our new MyChart portal goes live.
If you have been a patient at a Brown University Health facility or provider's office, that medical history including lab results will be immediately available to you in MyChart. However, not all historical health records will be transferred from the former portal. You will be able to view your previous health records in the Revere Portal in view only mode for the time being. If you need copies of your health record documents, you can request those from the provider's office or from the hospital where you were treated.
Online messaging to your Brown Health Medical Group care teams will not be turned on until after the first two weeks of the new portal being active.
