Alexander Kashmanian, PharmD, BCPS, BCIDP, serves as a clinical pharmacy specialist for three internal medicine floors at Rhode Island Hospital and is the assigned pharmacy specialist for the IMIS hospitalist team. He precepts advanced pharmacy practice experiences (APPE) students and PGY-1 residents on internal medicine rotations and teaches for the Johnson & Wales University Physician Assistant Program. Kashmanian also represents pharmacy on the system-wide Aging Friendly Committee and chairs the Clinical Decision Support Subcommittee.
