Bethany Carroll, BS, RPh, oversees retail pharmacy operations across all retail sites within the health system. She contributes to the development of quality improvement initiatives, capital and operating budgets, policies, procedures, and standards of practice. Carroll collaborates with system-wide pharmacy leadership and key stakeholders and participates on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Subcommittee.
