Christina Angelone-Gatteri is the CCBHC director for Gateway’s Washington County region. Angelone-Gatteri joined Gateway in 2022 as a clinical therapist on the Johnston ACT team, working in the community with clients experiencing severe and persistent mental illness. She later transitioned to managing general outpatient services in the Johnston and Pawtucket regions, where she focused on aligning programs with the CCBHC model, improving workflows, and fostering team collaboration.
Angelone-Gatteri holds a master of arts in clinical mental health counseling and is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). Her academic background emphasized trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and clinical interventions for individuals with complex behavioral health needs.
