Dana Palka, MSN, RN is vice president and chief ambulatory nurse executive for Brown University Health, chief nursing officer for Brown Health Medical Group, and chief operating officer for Brown Medicine.

Palka has more than 30 years of nursing experience, including more than a decade in ambulatory care. She previously served as director of clinical operations for adult ambulatory services at Brown University Health and Rhode Island Hospital, where she led clinical and administrative operations across 19 clinics. Her work earned NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition and introduced a data-driven balanced scorecard focused on key performance indicators.

A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Palka is deeply committed to leadership development, policy advancement, and evidence-based practice. She is passionate about creating systems that foster shared governance, professional growth, and innovation across the nursing continuum.
