Hannah Kisla, PharmD, BCOP, provides clinical pharmacy services to adult patients at both the Brown University Health Cancer Institute and the Brown University Health Specialty Pharmacy. She serves on the oncology subcommittee of the pharmacy and therapeutics committee and is involved in the development and review of evidence-based, standardized chemotherapy order sets. She precepts both residents and students during her ambulatory hematology/oncology rotation.
