Lauren Lemke, PharmD, BCPS is a clinical pharmacist specialist in charge of implementing and managing the pharmacogenomics service at all Brown University Health hospitals and clinics. She works closely with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other providers to incorporate pharmacogenomics into prescribing decisions. She is board certified in pharmacotherapy and has earned certificates in teaching, leadership, and implementation science. Dr. Lemke is an adjunct clinical assistant professor at the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy and has developed lectures for the University of Florida College of Pharmacy master’s program in precision medicine. She serves as a primary preceptor for pharmacy students and residents taking the pharmacogenomics rotation.
