Currently serving as the director of adult residential services, Melissa Costa began her tenure with Gateway Healthcare on July 21, 1997, as an intake specialist and has since held several positions over the years. Costa is a licensed chemical dependency professional and clinical supervisor. Her roles within the organization include vocational specialist, case manager, substance use clinician, and manager.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology. Costa has completed extensive training and clinical hours to obtain her Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP) credential. Additionally, she is certified by the Social Security Administration as a benefits planner, holds certification as a community support professional, and has earned national certification as a supported employment specialist.
