Rosa Brito holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rhode Island College. Before joining Brown University Health, she gained valuable experience working with various community organizations, which sparked her passion for workforce development and led to a career in human resources.
Brito joined Brown University Health in 2018 as part of the Talent Management team and later transitioned to the Workforce Development team, where she began as a Program Coordinator. She now serves as the team's Manager, leading efforts to design and implement strategies that align with the organization’s evolving workforce needs. Brito is committed to creating meaningful pathways for career growth and strengthening the health system’s talent pipeline.
