Sandra Stuard, BA joined the Brown University Health oncology clinical research department in January 2022 as a research regulatory assistant with more than 11 years research experience. She was promoted to senior research regulatory assistant in mid-2024. In November 2024, she accepted the position of scientific review and monitoring committee (SRMC) coordinator.
She has experience as an IRB coordinator, pre-reviewing IRB submissions for completeness and accuracy prior to the submissions being forwarded to IRB reviewers. Additionally, Stuard processed IRB outcomes for reviewed submissions. She also worked as a reviewer of single IRB submissions.
Stuard earned a bachelor’s degree in communication arts from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY.
