Sarah Peregrine, LICSW, is the director of CCBHC services for the Pawtucket/Central Falls site. In this role, she directly oversees the adult high acuity and outpatient programs and is a liaison on CCBHC matters to other directors. Peregrine has a MSW from the University of Minnesota, and a BA in history and gender studies from Lewis & Clark College. She has held clinical and leadership roles in settings including acute care, community mental healthcare, and substance use treatment.
