Andrew C. Old, MD, MBA, FACEP

Chief of Emergency Medicine, Saint Anne's Hospital

Andrew Old, MD, MBA, FACEP, is the chief of emergency medicine at Saint Anne's Hospital. In addition, he is the president of the hospital’s medical staff, after serving as the vice president for more than a year. Dr. Old also is the Region V emergency medical services medical director for the State of Massachusetts. He is board-certified in emergency medicine.

Before joining Saint Anne’s Hospital as the associate chief of emergency medicine in 2004, Dr. Old worked as an attending physician and EMS medical director at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, Massachusetts.

He earned a medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk and a master’s degree in business administration from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Dr. Old completed an emergency medicine residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. 

He is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
