Director, Outpatient Psychiatry

Anupriya Gogne is a board-certified addiction psychiatrist and the division director of Outpatient Psychiatry at Brown University Health. Dr. Gogne is also an assistant professor of psychiatry and human behavior at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

Before joining Brown University Health Outpatient Psychiatry and the Recovery Center, Dr. Gogne worked as the director of Moms MATTER, an outpatient Buprenorphine clinic for perinatal women.

Dr. Gogne has presented at numerous conferences and collaborated on medical research published in peer reviewed academic journals.

She earned bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery degrees from Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital in New Delhi, India. She completed a general adult psychiatry residency from SUNY Downstate Medical Centre and Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Gogne also participated in an addiction psychiatry fellowship at the New York University Grossman School of Medicine and a fellowship in women’s mental health at Women and Infant’s Hospital and The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
