Pediatrician and Pediatric Intensivist

Carly Stilphen, MD, is a pediatrician and pediatric intensivist with Hasbro Children’s Pediatric Critical Care Unit (PICU). She completed a fellowship in pediatric critical care with UMPC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh prior to joining Brown University Health Pediatric Services. 

Dr. Stilphen’s research interest is in acute kidney injury (AKI), one of the most common complications in critically ill children admitted to the PICU. Dr. Stilphen holds a medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the National Children’s Hospital in Ohio.
