Charles K. Heller, DO

Charles Heller, III, DO, MS, is a board-certified surgeon at Saint Anne's Hospital. In addition, he serves as a teaching associate and community mentor in the Doctoring Program at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

Dr. Heller has presented at conferences and collaborated on peer-reviewed research published in academic journals.    

He earned a master’s degree in biomedical sciences and a doctorate degree in osteopathic medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Heller completed a general surgery internship at the Graduate Hospital/ Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, a general surgery residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Stratford, and an immunotherapy fellowship and a surgical oncology fellowship at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland.

He is a member of the American Thyroid Association, the Massachusetts Osteopathic Society, and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Heller is a fellow of the Society of Surgical Oncology, the American College of Surgeons, and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
