Christopher McDonald, MD, specializes in the comprehensive treatment of spinal disorders across all ages.

He earned his medical degree at the University of Washington, Seattle and later completed his residency and a trauma fellowship at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Subsequently, he completed a spine fellowship in complex spine surgery at the University of Utah.

His special areas of interest include degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, scoliosis, spinal deformities, and complex revision surgeries of the lumbar, thoracic, and cervical spine.

Dr. McDonald serves as an assistant professor of spine surgery at Brown University and as a health professions mentor for students pursuing careers in medicine.
