“Find a Doctor” is operated by Brown University Health and includes all physicians who are on the medical staffs of Brown University Health-affiliated hospitals, without any charge to them. Selection is based upon your needs and preferences. Search results will first present, in alphabetical order, physicians employed or contracted with Brown University Health or its affiliates, followed by an alphabetical listing of physicians who are in Brown University Health’s network of affiliated providers. At the end of that initial list, you can access an alphabetical listing of community physicians with privileges at Brown University Health hospitals. All physicians in Find a Doctor have the opportunity to have a picture or video posted on the site. Neither the order of physicians, nor the presence or absence of a photo or video, in Find a Doctor is intended to reflect any preference, priority, or recommendation by Brown University Health. Find a Doctor search results are also not based on the volume or value of referrals to Brown University Health or its affiliates from any listed physician. Users are free to select their physician of choice from among all Brown University Health-affiliated medical staff physicians.
Daniel O. Morin, PA
Physician Assistant
Daniel Morin, PA, is a board-certified physician assistant who has worked in the field of cardiac surgery for over 20 years. He graduated with a bachelor's from Springfield College in biology and a master’s from Quinnipiac University PA program in 2000. He started his career at MGH where he worked in the OR and on the floor, taking care of patients. He then left to work at Worcester Medical Center where he worked in the OR and the ICU. He then took a position at the University of Arizona working on a heart failure service taking care of heart transplants, LVAD's and Total Artificial Heart patients. He returned to the east coast after five years to RI where he took a position with Brown University Health and stayed for 6 years before leaving for UMASS for a six-year hiatus. He has recently returned to our organization and works in the cardiac surgery ICU.
