Debra Brendel, MD, NCMP, FACOG is a gynecologist at Brown Health Medical Group, Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Brendel graduated from Providence College before receiving her medical degree from The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and completing her residency at Women & Infants Hospital.

Dr. Brendel is a clinical assistant professor at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and Rhode Island Medical Society. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) as a nationally certified menopause provider. Her areas of interest include perimenopause, menopause and exercise and care of women of all ages but especially midlife and beyond.

Dr. Brendel cares for gynecology patients and patients in the Menopause Consultation Program.
