Elizabeth Lazarus, MD, is a board-certified radiologist with the Anne C. Pappas Center for Breast Imaging at Rhode Island Hospital. She also is a professor of diagnostic imaging at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

Dr. Lazarus has presented at conferences, written chapters for medical texts, and collaborated on peer reviewed research published in academic journals.

She earned a medical degree from the Weill Cornell Medical College in New York. Dr. Lazarus completed an internal medicine internship at Lenox Hill Hospital/New York University School of Medicine, a diagnostic radiology residency at Rhode Island Hospital/The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, and a women’s imaging fellowship at Beth Israel-Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School.

She is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiology, the Society of Abdominal Radiology, the American Roentgen Ray Society, the New England Roentgen Ray Society, and the Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound.
