Quindelyn Cook, MD

Allergist/Immunologist

Quindelyn Cook, MD, is a board-certified allergist-immunologist at Rhode Island and Hasbro Children’s, in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Allergy and Immunology. She is also an assistant professor of pediatrics and clinician educator at The Warren Albert Medical School of Brown University. After receiving her medical degree, Dr. Cook completed a pediatrics residency at the University of Chicago and an allergy/immunology fellowship at the University of North Carolina Hospitals. During her final year of fellowship, she served as a postdoctoral fellow/clinical instructor in the Department of Pediatrics with the UNC Food Allergy Initiative, a Food Allergy Research and Education Center of Excellence and completed the UNC School of Medicine Teaching Scholars Program. Prior to joining Brown University Health, Dr. Cook served as an associate program director for the Boston University Allergy/Immunology fellowship training program and the Boston Combined Residency Program.

Her clinical and academic interests include food allergies, eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders, allergic rhinitis, and advocacy for families of children affected by atopic diseases.
