Medical Education and Fellowships in Pediatric Infectious Diseases

The pediatric division of infectious diseases is actively involved in medical education and research.

Medical education includes:

• Training of residents and medical students.
• Faculty participation in local and national postgraduate medical education courses.
• An accredited fellowship program in pediatric infectious diseases for post-residency graduates. The overarching goal of the program is to prepare pediatricians to successfully undertake a career in the field of pediatric infectious diseases.
