We are pleased to announce that our Newport practices are combining and moving to a new location at 99 East Main Road, Suite 19A, in Middletown (Aquidneck Centre) and will operate under the name Brown Health Medical Group Primary Care, Middletown.

This new state-of-the-art location will allow us to enhance care for our patients and offer the added convenience of a larger on-site laboratory.
Starting on December 15, all appointments and lab visits will be held at our new Middletown location, and patients should call 401-846-0055 for healthcare needs moving forward.

To accommodate our patients’ needs, we offer in-person or telehealth adult sick visits from our office (during office hours) or through Care365 (evenings, weekends and holidays). Note: Care365 is NOT a walk-in clinic, appointments are required.
Our practice provides comprehensive adult primary care services that support the health and wellness of our patients, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
Note: Patients are no longer being seen at 50 Memorial Boulevard. Plans are underway to find a new permanent location. Our team consists of clinicians (i.e. physicians and advanced practitioners), medical assistants, medical secretaries, a nurse care manager, a clinical pharmacist, and a practice manager. Each member of your care team is committed to providing you with high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable, safe, and friendly environment.
