Sick visit appointments may take place in-person or through telehealth.
- Pediatric sick visits are available during and after office hours 365 days a year.
- Adult sick visits are available at our office (during office hours) or through Care365 (evenings, weekends and holidays). Note: Care365 is NOT a walk-in clinic, appointments are required.
About Our Practice
Our practice provides comprehensive pediatric, adolescent, adult, and senior medical services.
Our team consists of clinicians (i.e. physicians and advanced practitioners), medical assistants, medical secretaries, a nurse care manager, a clinical pharmacist, and a practice manager. Each member of your care team is committed to providing you with high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable, safe, and friendly environment. We are proud to be part of an Accountable Care Organization.
