Completion of our patient orientation is the first step in our program. Patients can now attend from the comfort of home.

To complete the online patient orientation, please follow these steps:

  1. Watch the orientation online
  2. Complete a quiz following the orientation

After successful completion, a member of the Center for Medical and Surgical Weight Loss team will contact you with next steps.
