Tina Tan, BS, is a current first-year counseling psychology doctoral student at Arizona State University (ASU.) As a member of the Race and Relationships Lab at ASU, she hopes to explore sociocultural factors' impact on parent-child communication so that she can use this information to improve mental health outcomes among underserved, immigrant communities.
