Psychologist

Helen Day, PhD is a staff psychologist at the Adult Partial Hospital Program at Brown University Health. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology with a concentration in developmental psychology from the University of Maine and completed her predoctoral internship at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, a multisite community mental health center in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Day completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (CCDBT), a fully adherent DBT program in New Hyde Park, NY. 

Dr. Day specializes in providing evidence-based care to individuals with diagnoses of PTSD and borderline personality disorder, as well as mood and anxiety disorders.
