Selection is based upon your needs and preferences. Search results will first present, in alphabetical order, physicians employed or contracted with Brown University Health or its affiliates, followed by an alphabetical listing of physicians who are in Brown University Health’s network of affiliated providers. At the end of that initial list, you can access an alphabetical listing of community physicians with privileges at Brown University Health hospitals. All physicians in Find a Doctor have the opportunity to have a picture or video posted on the site. Neither the order of physicians, nor the presence or absence of a photo or video, in Find a Doctor is intended to reflect any preference, priority, or recommendation by Brown University Health. Find a Doctor search results are also not based on the volume or value of referrals to Brown University Health or its affiliates from any listed physician. Lindsay Clark Donat, MD, FACOG, is a gynecologist at Brown Health Medical Group, Obstetrics and Gynecology and a physician leader for the LPG OBGYN Ambulatory Gynecology Program. An assistant professor of surgery, clinician educator at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Dr. Clark Donat received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. She completed the Brown-Dartmouth medical program and earned her medical degree from The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Women & Infants Hospital and a two-year fellowship program in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at Yale University.
She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and has been awarded the Focused Practice Designation in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the Minimally Invasive Surgery and Pelvic Pain Program teams. Dr. Clark Donat’s interests include endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, and the management of uterine fibroids. She welcomes referrals for patients with chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, or who may require a surgeon with advanced skills in gynecologic laparoscopy, robot-assisted laparoscopy or hysteroscopy.
Research
Dr. Clark Donat’s research interests include advancing the care of women with chronic pelvic pain and improving outcomes for women undergoing gynecologic surgical procedures. Her current research focuses on utilizing complimentary and integrative treatments for women with chronic pelvic pain.
