In Crisis?
If you are experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis or are witnessing someone in crisis, please call 988 or 1-855-543-5465.
Behavioral health crisis services are available 24/7 through the 9-8-8 hotline or by calling Gateway’s regional office (number to be added). Our clinicians assess each situation and connect individuals to the appropriate care, whether a walk-in visit, in-home or community support, or hospital evaluation. Services include screening, safety planning, stabilization support, and care coordination to ensure smooth transitions.
Walk-in services are available during office hours.
