For more information, or to request referral forms, please call one of our locations.

Our goal is to help each person return to their accustomed level of function and activity.

Our licensed physical therapists and occupational therapists are trained in concussion management and work together as part of a comprehensive health care team. Each patient receives individualized physical therapy and occupational therapy evaluations.

  • Physical therapy aims to correct dizziness, balance, gaze stabilization, and visual intolerance as well as treat neck pain.
  • Occupational therapy addresses increased sensitivity to light, sound, touch, and movement, and treats headache and neck pain. We’ll help you prepare to return to daily activities by using modifications for school, work, and sports.
  • Return to play activities for athletes: Therapy focuses on resuming physical activity and athletic participation. Treatment is personalized to meet the needs of each athlete and sport.
