Brown University Health Workforce Development offers a 26-week Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist training program designed for credentialed radiologic technologists who are interested in advancing their careers in medical imaging. In partnership with the Brown University Health School of Medical Imaging, this program prepares participants with the specialized technical knowledge and hands-on clinical experience needed to become certified CT technologists.
The program combines self-paced online coursework, workforce readiness training, and structured clinical rotations in hospital imaging departments. Participants gain real-world experience performing CT procedures under the supervision of experienced preceptors while completing the clinical requirements necessary to sit for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) CT Post-Primary Certification Exam.

To learn more about the program and how to apply, all interested applicants must attend a mandatory information session via Zoom. These sessions provide an overview of each program, eligibility requirements, and the application process.
