The Center for Behavioral and Preventive Medicine is offering the Incredible Years–Baby workshop free to caregivers of infants. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Enrollment eligibility: Parents and caregivers of babies ages 0 to 4 months (as of March 23, 2026)

Additional series will be offered in English and Spanish. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so early interest is encouraged.

Additional Information about the Incredible Years—Baby Workshop

This evidence-based workshop helps families build secure attachments, support healthy development, and grow confidence in the first months of life.

Led by licensed clinical psychologists and advanced psychology fellows, the workshop combines research-backed strategies with practical tools you can use every day to:

Help your baby feel loved, safe, and secure
Understand and respond to your baby’s cues and needs
Encourage physical, language, and emotional development
Build routines and practices that support healthy family functioning

Enrollment Eligibility: Parents and caregivers of babies ages 0 to 4 months (as of March 23, 2026)

Start Date: March 23, 2026

Schedule: Every Monday, 12 to 1:30 p.m. (virtual via Zoom)

Number of Sessions: 12 weekly sessions, 1.5 hours each

Materials: Incredible Babies: A Guide and Journal of Your Baby’s First Year will be mailed to attendees

Commitment: Attendance at all 12 sessions is required

Getting to Know Your Baby – Learning to understand your infant’s cues and needs
Babies as Intelligent Learners – Encouraging early learning
Physical, Tactile, and Visual Stimulation – Activities to support growth
Reading Your Baby’s Mind – Recognizing cues and emotional states
Gaining Support – Building your parenting network
Babies’ Emerging Sense of Self – Supporting independence and self-awareness
