Brown University Health Workforce Development
Brown University Health Workforce Development provides the opportunities, inspiration, and education to help you find your career in healthcare. Brown University Health partners with employers and youth mentorship programs to serve as a host career training site. Our partners include Year Up, Propel America, the Genesis Center, Community College of Rhode Island and Rhode Island College.
Workforce Development at Brown University Health offers practical work experience, mentorship under professional career experts, training, and education strategies. The programs also focus on building employability skills through work-readiness workshops that align with Brown University Health’s mission, C.A.R.E values, and standard of excellence. By the end of the program, participants graduate with social and emotional learning, professionalism, and essential skills training.
