Sick visit appointments may take place in-person or through telehealth. 

• Pediatric sick visits are available during and after office hours 365 days a year.
• Adult sick visits are available at our office (during office hours) or through Care365 (evenings, weekends and holidays). Note: Care365 is NOT a walk-in clinic, appointments are required. 

About Our Practice
Our practice provides comprehensive pediatric, adolescent, adult (including women's health), and senior medical services. As an Osteopathic physician, Joyce Alves, DO, also provides manipulation for various ailments to their patients.

Our team consists of clinicians (i.e. physicians and advanced practitioners), medical assistants, medical secretaries, a nurse care manager, and a clinical pharmacist. Each member of our care team is committed to providing patients with high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable, safe, and friendly environment.
