Brown Health Medical Group Primary Care (formerly Coastal Medical) is a member of the Brown University Health system. Our primary care practices serve 165,000 patients with a team of over 150 providers located in medical offices across Rhode Island. We support the three-part aim of better care, better health, and lower cost. We are committed to providing outstanding care to our patients by offering 365-day access to sick visits, developing chronic care management programs for the sickest patients, and building care teams that support providers in delivering high-quality care.
