Workforce Development at Brown University Health offers practical work experience, mentorship under professional career experts, training, and education. The programs focus on building employability skills through work-readiness workshops that align with Brown University Health’s mission, CARE values (compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence), and standard of excellence. Participants graduate with completion of hands-on learning experiences and professionalism and essential skills training.
