Gastrointestinal and Liver Pathology

The Division of Gastrointestinal and Liver Pathology is committed to providing high-quality diagnostic services for gastrointestinal and liver diseases in both adult and pediatric patients. Our team includes eight board-certified pathologists with subspecialty training and expertise in GI and liver pathology. We offer rapid turnaround times, accurate diagnoses, and a variety of consultation services. 

Our areas of special interest include: Barrett's esophagus and dysplasia surveillance, classification of gastritis, neoplasia, neuroendocrine tumors, malabsorption states, inflammatory bowel disease and dysplasia surveillance, chronic liver disease, pancreaticobiliary diseases, pediatric gastrointestinal and liver disease.
