Genitourinary Pathology
The Division of Genitourinary (GU) Pathology provides a wide array of services for all aspects of urogenital diseases, including both non-neoplastic and neoplastic conditions. Directed by a nationally and internationally recognized GU pathology fellowship-trained pathologist, our division is staffed by six board-certified pathologists with subspecialty training and expertise in GU pathology. We offer diagnostic assessments for the Brown University Health Academic Medical Center, as well as national and international consultations.
Our areas of special interest include tumors of the bladder, prostate, kidney, testes, and penis. We are committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic services, with all reports integrated with ancillary testing and coordinated assistance for additional molecular testing. Additionally, we are incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into clinical research and practice.
